Mind-Body Movement Dive into the rhythm of your Emotional Body and clear out your Physical Body. This is the fundamental principle in practice of natural dis-ease prevention and whole body rejuvenation. This movement is not rooted in any particular style of dance, rather it is allowing natural rhythm to come through with music, allowing you to tune into your subtle body and rebalance. Leave with clarity of mind, relief in your body and peace in your Soul. Saturdays 12:00PM-1:3oPM Mindful Mommy & Me (Ages 2-4) Allow for your Child to take your hand and lead the classroom. All classes begin in the physical space and end outdoors for Snack at the park. This hybrid environment allows for parents to discover their child's unique gifts, focus on heart-to heart communication, and love the Spiritual journey of Mommyhood. Sundays 5:00PM-6:00PM Embodied Meditation This class moves in a natural flow allowing for Meditation and guided reflection to learn what your bio-feedback mechanisms are, decode them, and learn how to follow the guidance that your body naturally provides in all areas of your life- especially your Physical Health. What to Bring & Expect:
You won't always need it, but it is handy to bring a pen and paper/journal. You may learn something new about yourself that is worth writing down! Shoes will be left in a box at the door, so plan accordingly. Bring your Willingness. Willingness to show up, participate, and share a part of yourself if you feel called to do so.
