After Self-Healing from an Autoimmune Disease, I have made it my mission to share the transformative practices that I use to bring mindfulness, joy and radical well- being into my everyday life (practices that have a real, powerful impact on your Physical Body).

have simply disconnected from their body.
And like myself six years ago, being disconnected leaves you at the mercy of doctors and other healthcare professionals to tell you what your body needs- contributing to feelings of disempowerment, frustration, grief and real physical pain.
But what I've learned throughout my Self-Healing journey is that disempowerment, frustration and pain are Optional. If you can imagine yourself healthy and whole, then the pathway to become healthy and whole already exists.
Both Embodied Meditation and Mindful Movement were created to give you the space to explore the inner- knowings of your body, find out what it needs, and start healing now.
